This is a very rewarding project. The brand already has an operating online store. They serve consumer customers, commercial customers, as well as corporate customers. However, given that the original system is out-dated and they would like to rebuild a new online store which is more local to the market as well as bringing end-user a new shopping experience.

The rebuild involves more than 2,000 product SKUs with multiple hierarchies. Localization of the stores with support multi-language was also implemented such that local end-users get a better shopping experience.

Automated systems are developed such that new product launches or new marketing campaigns can be streamlined and scheduled without affecting the daily operation of the store.

Apart from the system development, APAC also handles the setup of the customer service hotline center (including recruiting and training) for pre-sales and post-sales enquiries.

The project went so well that the brand trust APAC and work with us to setup an Offline Pro-Shop with them. Point-of-sale system are included to ensure the smooth online-to-offline boundary-less experience.
